Ihlenfeldt brings more than a decade of leadership in the photonics and imaging sector, with a distinguished track record of driving revenue growth, forging high-value customer partnerships, and scaling high-performance sales organizations in technically demanding environments.

Most recently, as Vice President of Sales at Lore Technology, he spearheaded targeted outbound initiatives across defense and commercial imaging markets, delivering significant backlog growth and deepening penetration into key accounts.  Previously, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Torrent Photonics, Ihlenfeldt led the organization through a period of rapid expansion — driving substantial revenue growth while managing product portfolio expansion and the successful integration of multiple acquisitions. His earlier roles at Ocean Optics and StellarNet further cemented his expertise in exceeding sales targets and cultivating enduring relationships in demanding technical markets.
