Mike is an accomplished executive leader with a proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans and R&D programs across a diversified portfolio of mission-critical technologies and partnerships.

As COO at Eoptic, he is responsible for developing and executing targeted growth strategies, managing operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency & scalability, and for strategic execution across multiple business sectors innovating in imaging and optical technology solutions.  

Michael previously served at the Army’s Picatinny DEVCOM, bringing over 25 years of DoD experience, and extensive proficiency leading the execution of large research and acquisition programs, developing joint partnerships, delivering military technologies overseas, and shaping multi-faceted defense strategies. Most notably, he served as the Principal Director for Armaments systems R&D strategy and portfolio investments.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
